How we process orders
Regarding potential delivery delay due to the impact of COVID
-19.
– All international packages orders will be
processed within 48 Hours Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or public
holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day but
we cannot guarantee. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as
it has been dispatched. – You cannot change your order once it is
fulfilled.
We will constantly provide you with updates about your order via
e-mail. Your tracking number will be made available by our shipping department
according to our daily system updates. Please keep in mind that tracking
information may not be updated for up to 48 hours after your order leaves our
location.
Attention
For international orders, please be sure to enter a valid phone
number at check out. Without a phone number, DHL international express
shipping will not be able to make a delivery.
If delivery is attempted while no one is home the courier will
leave a card in your letterbox or attempt to contact, you to arrange a
re-delivery. We recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is
signed for when delivery is attempted.
All orders, both wholesale and retail, must allow for 24 hours
for processing the order request for pick up. No exceptions.
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to erroneous shipping addresses
or missing phone numbers from the original order. We are also not responsible
if you ignored any pickup notice from the shipping carrier, resulting
in the loss of the package. We will not be held liable for misplace or
lost package by shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs
authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duties rates vary
depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are
made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are
unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is
determined on import by local customs officials. You will not always be
required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make
yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged
to avoid any surprises.
EDITING ORDERS & ADDRESSES
Changes to items on orders, shipping addresses or names are not
possible once an order has been processed. Please check your billing and
shipping information carefully before you place your order as our dispatch team
processes orders quickly.
Please note, we are not able to cancel any orders for pre-order
styles unless stated otherwise.
